Sorry for a no-post yesterday afternoon. I’ve been running around putting out fires. Yikes. Part of the job. Fortunately I have the wise counsel of C-Meister.

Tasty awesomeness from RaceCyclocross!

News

If you missed the April Fool’s Joke posted on Velonews, they posted a follow up today with some of the reader reactions. Scott W. played along with the joke and stuck in the news section of the OBRA site.

Remember that “Tour of America”? That I’ll believe it when I see it pie in the sky race? It’s been delayed until 2009.

Check out Adam Craig’s Beijing racing rig.

I missed this one yesterday, but seems like Ironclad received an invite to the Tour de France.

Cyclocross Magazine also posted some funny stories yesterday.

Thanks for mentioning my brother Nick. He just got his upgrade and will be racing Redlands in the Pro/1 field for Liquid Fitness. He’s taken it a couple steps up since his days racing for Collins here in Oregon. I think his helmet still dates from that era though. 2003? :)

    Yo K-Man.
I am so stoked to hear you like the stories - even when they are tales of pathetic brake-induced agony.
I think the Ironclad April Fools joke was my favorite. Whoever is writing their stuff is really good!!
